Charity and Outreach

We reach out to different organizations in Montgomery County to help those in need.

Ronald Mc Donald House, Danville, PA

Members make at least 2 quilts for clients, placemats and table runners for the dining room, and pillow cases and Christmas stockings. We also collected toiletry items.

POWER Program

Members make quilts for women veterans through an empowerment program run through the Valley Forge Veterans Hospital.

Food Banks

Members bring assorted food stuffs and toiletries to each meeting. These are taken to different food banks in the county.

Gemma School

Members give a monetary contribution to cover Christmas gifts for the students who are residents of Gemma School.

Sunshine

Members are informed of our members who need cheering up do to health issues or the lost of a loved one. Members are encouraged to reach out with a card, a note, or a call.
